    Financial Inflow Management—Analyzed and recommended solutions to expand its financial resources through strategies such as tapping into 46 new corporate sponsors in the Tri-Valley region, instituting students chapters in local Bay Area schools, and revamping its website and social media strategy to enhance its online presence.

    Area: Berkeley, CA
    Year: 2016

    Recruitment Strategy—Researched nonprofit recruitment and management strategies to recover from decrease in total number of applicants. Recommendations included email marketing analysis, website optimization techniques, and detailed design of a customized social media marketing plan.
  • Avenidas

    Area: Oakland, CA
    Year: 2016

    Business Unit Strategy & Evaluation—Created Key Performance Indicators that evaluated the effectiveness of Avenidas’ projects through benchmarking and analyses to ensure that the KPIs aligned with project goals and correctly measured outcome. These KPIs are to be used to learn how Avenidas can maximize its customer satisfaction.
