  • Migration Hub Network

    Area: Integration, Entrepreneurship
    Year: 2016

Migration Hub is a social enterprise with its operational headquarter situated in Berlin. In cooperation with entrepreneurs, migrants and refugees they provide a network for initiatives aiming at solving integration issues. As they are seeking to expand we were asked to evaluate the potential of such a hub in London. In our work we analysed the refugee climate in the UK and mapped the different existing stakeholders. In the process we conducted both quantitative and qualitative analyses, including our own statistical models and a series of interviews with both experts and refugees. Based on our findings, we then developed an action plan for Migration Hub.

Our consultants evaluated potential expansion plans and created a manual on how to structure research for Migration Hub to serve as a starting point in other cities.
